About Teresa

For over 27 years, I have been working with folks who want to heal and transform the ways they relate to their inner experiences and to the world around them.

Making meaningful change in how you treat yourself and others can be difficult. It is also an incredibly powerful liberation practice. To support my work with you and in support of my own aliveness, I participate in communities exploring soulful living, grief tending and awareness practices.

I am also an active participant in groups focused on examining systemic oppression and white privilege. This work has helped deepen my understanding of the impacts of systems of oppression: how these systems effect our emotional and physical well being and our interior world-our soul life.

I have spent many years training in and, also, teaching psychological practice with a more traditional diagnostic psychological language and framework. I am able to assess and treat from that perspective as needed. I do, though, find deep satisfaction and meaning when holding our work together in the frame of ‘how does this serve soul’s deepest longing for you?”

We are part of something larger than ourselves. When we tend to our wounds we can align with our truest expression of ourselves. Our relationships with other beings and the world we inhabit becomes kinder and more loving. We can relate to our inner and outer experiences with more of our inherent aliveness.
